Will most likely work with Win98. The NIC card (when installed) is called "Cnet Pro200 PCI Fast Ethernet." The chipset on the NIC card says "DM9102AF." It will also work with "DM9102A." The difference between 'A' & 'AF' is that one is 3.3v and one is 5v. This driver will work with either one. Extract the zip file contents to a new folder called "NIC Driver." Browse to that folder using the Device Manager/Properties of PCI Ethernet Controller to install. Enjoy!
