SiS Corporation Driver. Search the Internet for two weeks looking for this driver and was unsuccessful. However I found the Installation CD which supports this motherboard. Its PC Chip On the Northbridge and SIS965L on the south bridge and listed as A31G version 1.0 markings on the motherboard. Also there is a RTL8201 CL marking on the LAN chip.
