[FCCID=JI58013EWC] smc8013.zip has the SMC configuration utility "ezsetup.exe" and the User's Guide "manual.pdf" for the SMC8013 (SMC EtherCard PLUS Elite 16) series of networking cards. The identification on the chip is 83C690LJ P. ezsetup.exe is invaluable for identifying the card and setting up the cards parameters such as IRQ, I/O base address and RAM base address, this avoids configuration conflicts with other devices. ezsetup.exe may also identify all the SMC8xxx series of cards, but I'm not sure. The drivers for the 8013 are in Windows 3.11, 95 and 98 networking setup.
