This a incredibly hard to find driver for a No Name company's (foreign make) "PCMCIA Ethernet" Card, 10 mpbs. No other information is on the original box, disk, or card. It's just that damned inconvienent. Hope this helped some people. I had to back up the original disk anyway so I figured I'd post it here in case I needed it later )
