Actually, this driver works with several cards E2000, E2000T, E2000T plus and E2000C plus.I don't know who is the manufacturer and it has no FCC ID (as often).I can give a few clues, like -It's jumperless
-Has a UMC chip model um9007af
It's VERY IMPORTANT to read first the readme file (is included in the zipped file)so you can decide wich steps you might follow depending if the card is jumperless or not.
