This self-extracting .exe file contains drivers for both NT 4.0 and Win98. Strange combo but that's how Intel did it. This and the 95 driver I uploaded are both from Intel's site. Just download this smallish (~80KB) file, save it on a floppy, double-click, and you're off and running. Driver worked fine for me...
