This is a straight-forward driver install. The reason that I am posting it here is because I looked high and low for it. Compaq doesn't even seem to remember the card and do not have any record of the spares number. The card is a PCMCIA NIC card and has a purple label on it and comes in a kit that has adapters for hooking it up with both UTP and coax. After my long search, I finally found the driver in a box in storage at work. I was shocked that Compaq couldn't provide any support for something with their name all over it! Good luck!
