this driver is needed for installation of "Intel 2143/2 10/100 mbps ethernet adapter" used by Fujitsu in some of their (older) landock dockingstations. Sometimes the driver is listed as "dec 2143/2 ..." instead of intel. This driver may have been edited by fujitsu in case fujitsu has been altering the network adapter's firmware, so it may not work correctly on "original"(OEM)product made by intel.
