Hey Guys, I recently bumped into a problem in which i needed to map a drive with "net use" and had a dcom application connecting to w2k server. Well, it crashed with an error, Microsoft knows that it's an error and it is also has an article on it. support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q271/7/54.ASP This is the application I got from Microsoft to fix the problem. It's also refered as vredir.vxd 4.10.2228. This patch is for Windows 98 SE. Hope this helps someone in the future.
