EFA Etherlink Express, software used to change settings...works with windows 3.11 for workgroups, win95 and win98 (upgrade and B have been used, I have several), it starts a dos window I suggest you let Windows load it as a Ne 2000 compatible..it won't work but device manager will tell you what IRQ and address it wants the NIC to run, you use this program to reset the card, and voila!
