Davicom Semiconductor 9102F (A?) Driver. My chip set had the F on it, but the driver says A. The newer drivers worked, but verrrry slowwwly. But the older .inf wouldn't install with W2K Server. So this is a mix -- the new .INF from DM9102_NDIS5_v127.zip (see above) and the older drivers from win32drv118.zip. This might be a function of rev of card. Worth a try if the others don't work for you.
